This has been an amazing season here in the Grenadines. The the people are so friendly, sailing has been amazing and we’ve been lucky enough to welcome so many returning guests—some on their third, fourth, even fifth trip aboard. Nothing makes us happier than seeing familiar faces step back onto the deck like they’re coming home.

And now… we have something exciting to share.

Our New Spanish Virgin Islands Itinerary Is Live

I just updated the website to include our brand‑new route through the Spanish Virgin Islands, and it’s already becoming a guest favorite. One of the biggest perks? Flying into San Juan is so much cheaper and easier than flying into St. Thomas or the BVI. More flight options, better prices, and a smoother travel day for you.

From there, it’s a quick hop to the marina—and then you’re off sailing turquoise waters, quiet coves, and some of the most untouched islands in the Caribbean.

And Yes… My Famous Short Ribs Are Back

One of the things I’m most excited about is cooking in Puerto Rico again. Grenada is beautiful, but ingredients can be limited, which makes menu planning a challenge. In Puerto Rico, I can get everything I need to make the dishes I love—especially my slow‑braised short ribs that so many of you request year after year.

With full access to fresh produce, specialty ingredients, and high‑quality meats, I can create the kind of elevated, effortless meals that make your charter feel like a dream. Limited in USVI.

Your Dream Vacation, Fully Stocked and Ready

Between the new itinerary, easier travel, returning guests, and a pantry full of everything I need to spoil you… this upcoming season is shaping up to be unforgettable.

If you’re thinking about sailing with us—whether it’s your first time or your fifth—this is the year to do it.
